SAFI Nepal consists of a wide range of scholars, energetic professionals and experts from the various fields, aimed at strengthening the organization's capacity. SAFI Nepal currently has 8 employees, equal distribution of male and female. In addition, there are numerous resource persons as consultants in their respective fields that contribute to this organization according to the needs of the project. The organization is governed by a General Assembly, which is then operationally regulated by the Board of Directors.
SAFI Nepal has a unique organizational structure because each theme has a focal person, which has the autonomy to make all decisions related to the project. The decentralized nature and flat hierarchy practices of the organization structure of SAFI Nepal make for faster decisions and promote a bottom-up approach. Meanwhile, the various management teams are still supported and operationally managed by the management to ensure proficiency and coordination.

1. Padma lalGautam:
Padma LalGautam, Chairperson of SAFI, holds BSc, Engg. (Civil) degree from NIT, Jamshedpur, India and M.E. (Civil) from SUNY, Buffalo, USA. Mr. Gautam has professional experience of more than 24 years in engineering and construction sector. His focused areas are ecofriendly and sustainable development-construction of urban and rural infrastructures including buildings, railways, roads, water supply and sanitation systems and hydro-powers. He has experience of successful working in India, Nepal, UK and USA in various positions (engineer, planner, sr. procurement manager, project manager, director, etc.) in different government and non-governmental organizations. He is credited for writing two well-known books on structural design calculations for RCC multi-storey buildings and project management, named RCC Design of Multi-storey Buildings, and Step By Step Oracle® Primavera P6 Professional respectively. Currently, he lives at Lagan Tole, Kathmandu with his wife and 2 daughters.

2. Susma Thapa
Ms. SusmaThapa, a health-promoting practitioner, has been working actively for the health and well being of people for decades. After a lot of work in various capacities for SAAFI Nepal, including a founder, current vice president and resource expert- Public Health and Society, MsSusma's experiences are wide. Her experiences at Kathmandu University Nursing School range from clinical supervision to community health promotion to curriculum development at university level, as well as her current interest in public health and society. In addition, her experience in Save the Children International for Emergency Management to the mission 'Nepal Earthquake Response' has made her acquainted with various modalities and approaches to address the development projects.

3. Pramila Rana
"Prevention is better than Cure" is the motto of Ms. Pramila Rana, Secretory and founder of SAFI, after gaining experience for many years in health sector both in clinical and development setting. Ms. Rana is Post-graduate on Medical Surgical Nursing from Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore, India and also score fellowship on Advance in Health Promotion, Research Methodology in Public Health under the course M.Sc in social sciences from Wageningen University, The Netherland. Working with Save the Children International, Nepal soon after earthquake 2015, in WASH sector equipped her to become result oriented, organized, able to follow the direction, think strategically with excellent coordination, interpersonal skills. Her focus are Health and Hygiene promotion. Originally, she is from Tanahun, currently living at Nakhipot – 14, Lalitpur.

4. PunamThapa
MrsPunamThapa, Treasure of SAFI Nepal earned her master's degree in management from TU central campus , kirtipur and obtained wide range of experience in the field of finance and administration. She had worked in Kathmandu animal treatment centre for 3 years as financial and logistic officers.Now she is teaching account, finance and human resource management subject in a college.

5. Vesh Ram Pokharel
Mr. Vesh Ram Pokharel has completed master's degree in Engineering Management in 2014 and obtained wide range of experiences in designing, planning, implementation different types of infrastructures such as school building, irrigation structure, water supply scheme, shelter construction, tunnel construction, hotel building construction, multiplex construction and other civil engineering construction and monitoring field since more than 15 years. Delivered supports to team members for managing different engineering consultancy works, construction works, supporting and monitoring partner NGO and designing research tool & technique in research field. In consultancy field; found many opportunities to involve various extents of projects such as design and construction supervision od road, water supply, irrigation, drainage, shelter, studying and recommendation to client about urban planning of different settlements and other different feasibility study and detail design of engineering related works. Have already traveled more than 60 districts Nepal including high hills, hills and terai regions and even transportation inaccessible communities. Have experience in managing consultancy, experience in different NGO and INGOs including emergency response and reconstruction program.

6. Ramesh Paudyal
Ramesh Paudyal, Executive Member of SAFI, holds MA in Sociology and MA in Political Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and Master of Management of Development (MSc) from VHL University of Applied Sciences (a part of Wageningen University and Research Centre) in the Netherlands. Mr. Paudyal has professional experience of more than 15 years in the development sector. His focused area is inclusive and sustainable rural development. He has experience of successful working in various positions (coordinator, project manager etc.) in international and national non-governmental organizations, mostly in a multicultural team. He has a keen interest in cultured politics and affiliated with Bibeksheel Nepali movement. Now he runs a development consultancy company that caters national and international development organisations as clients. Currently, he lives at Bode, Bhaktapur with his wife and two sons.

7. Deepak Kumar Shrestha
Deepak Kumar Shrestha, member of SAFI, is an academic who has been involving in teaching and research since more than 10 years. He has completed Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from India in 2006 and additionally he has obtained another Master's degree in Molecular Life Sciences (Biomedical research) from the Netherlands in 2013 under Netherlands fellowship programme. Beside the academic experiences, he has worked in Nepal Bureau of Standard for one year as a consultant chemist. Biological, biomedical and health sciences are his area of research interests and, he has published a textbook and many original research articles in national and international journals. His interests focus on social improvement through health based research, thematic planning and awareness. Honorable President of Nepal has decorated Mr. Shrestha with Nepal BidhyaBhusan Medal of Class ‘B’ in 2008. He was born in Bardia, Nepal and nowadays he lives at Tarkeshwor municipality-17, Kathmandu, Nepal.
